1- Determine the nature of your problem or question and the expertise required to solve it.
Probably, most manufacturing defects and electronic malfunction problems will need Casio's Technical support assistance.  The live support phone numbers are provided below. We also provide a direct link to Casio's e-mail technical support. There is a copy of the Casio Musical Instrument Warranty below, in case you lost it.  

If your question is related to advanced features, best ways to do things, features not in the manual (whether absent or poorly covered) and/or Casio's Data Management software and Internet accessible new files, maybe your best bet is to ask your peers and their past experiences. 

You can try the following in any order you think might best help you: 
1- Check the manual again (found "on-line" below). Reading the manual will not only help you understand certain basic operations regarding the keyboard, but it will also help you discover all the hidden potential of your instrument (this only applies to well written manuals and the Casio WK-3000/35000/CTK-691 manual explains most of the basic elements of the keyboard fairly well when compared to other manuals I've read).

2- View the FAQ's (frequently asked questions) below to check first, if someone has already found an answer/solution to your problem or question, and second, to find out how common is your question or problem.

3- And, last but not least, either try your luck by calling Casio's tech support (many advanced features are not supported directly by them, like using the keyboard with your favorite sequencer and other computer related issues) or feel free to post a question in our forum. The forum moderator checks frequently for un-answered questions and will  be more than happy to assist you!
